Kelly Thomson
MS
Pre-Licensed Counselor
Life is a wonderful gift—one that can be filled with meaning, joy, and fulfillment. At the same time, many people experience seasons marked by emptiness, anxiety, sadness, or confusion. During these moments, the questions and challenges faced can feel overwhelming to navigate alone. Whether someone is managing anxiety or depression, struggling with codependency, parenting stress, or seeking support during a life transition, Kelly is committed to walking alongside clients on their journey.
She believes that finding the right support at the right time is essential. Kelly enjoys working with children (ages 6+), adults, and couples. Using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and Adlerian therapy—she works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, address challenges, and move toward meaningful goals.
Kelly believes individuals have an extraordinary capacity for growth, healing, and change, especially in the midst of difficulty. She finds deep meaning in supporting clients as they create positive and lasting change in their lives. When desired, Kelly thoughtfully integrates Christian faith into the counseling process.
