About Me
Before pursuing a career in counseling, I spent more than a decade as a special education teacher. That experience continues to shape the way I show up for my clients, giving me a deep appreciation for each person's unique strengths, challenges, and story. It also gave me a strong understanding of family dynamics and reinforced the importance of meeting people with patience, flexibility, empathy, and individualized care.
I’m passionate about creating a space where you can explore your story with honesty, curiosity, and care. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing and meaningful connection. Whether working with a client individually or as a couple, it’s a true privilege to walk alongside someone as they grow, heal, and rediscover their inner strength.
Outside the counseling office, I enjoy watching movies, creating digital scrapbook projects, and spending quality time with my daughter, husband, family, and friends.
